Shipping & Packaging

Shipping
All orders, including domestic & international, are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Every item sold through the online shop is examined before shipping to ensure each product left the studio in its intended state. SHOCKJOY cannot be held responsible or liable for damage that occurs to items when in transit, or for an order where an incorrect mailing address is provided to SHOCKJOY by the customer/purchaser. Orders will ship as soon possible after your payment clears. Please make sure your mailing address information is entered correctly before placing your final order.

Domestic (US) Orders:
First-Class Mail; delivery time usually between 5 to 10 business days.

International Orders:
First-Class Mail International; delivery time varies (anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks) depending upon destination. The purchaser is responsible for payment of any additional fees, including but not limited to customs fees. These destination calculated fees are not included in the price of your order.

Packaging
All posters are shipped within a 3-ply, spiral wound tube and reinforcing plastic endcaps.
**Please note that posters and studio editions ship separately from t-shirt orders.**
